In a recent interview, Kuldeep Yadav, the Indian leg-spinner has heaped praises on the Indian skipper, Virat Kohli, and his captaincy skills.

Kuldeep revealed that the captain believes in his players which gives the player a motivation to focus more on the ground. Virat’s on-field management is exceptional which guides the player on how to stay calm in difficult situations and how to cope with ending with a win. Kuldeep Yadav also told that Virat Kohli keeps on motivating and encouraging the youngsters.

“If your captain believes in you, giving your best on the field becomes easy. From Virat, we learn a lot of things like how to manage difficult situations. He never fails to motivate young players,” the 25-year-old said, as reported by Hindustan Times.

Terming ‘understanding’ as the best quality of Virat, Kuldeep maintained the players find it easy on the field when the skipper understands them.

“The best quality of Virat is that he also understands the team and its players well which makes our job easy on field,” Kuldeep said.

He has revived the time when he was new in the team and Kohli backed him which encouraged him for perfection.

“I remember when I was new in the team he backed me a lot. In fact, now also, he is always there for me. He always appreciates your skills and we have a great tuning together,” he further added.

Unquestionably, Virat Kohli is known to be the perfect batsman among all formats of the game. His consistency and brilliancy in shots undoubtedly have made him an eye-catching star who is notable and applauded with the praises by the veterans.

The man in blue has worked really hard since his initiations. Being selected totally upon merit for team India, he, later on, became the full-time skipper for India and took his team to the heights, however, his captaincy and form are suffering nowadays.

He has failed to make it in the final stages of the mega-events organized by ICC after being exceptional throughout the tournaments several times.
