“There are four from ICC’s Elite Panel who have been selected to officiate in the tournament. The rest are Indian umpires. We are looking to bring in the umpires in the UAE around September 10” a source told Times of India.

It is to be noted that the league is to be commenced in a full-fledged by 19th September even after Dubai has witnessed a COVID-19 strike. Also, the Yellow Army (CSK), have counted as many as thirteen COVD-19 positive cases in their camp with the fourteenth spotted generally.

It might be a suffering wind for BCCI to miss out on a league in case. However, they are looking for every possible means to commence it ahead. It seems like the money generation is more prior than the player’s wellbeing.

On the contrary, in an interview with CricBuzz, Suresh Raina told that he might once again feature in the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) camp to play the thirteenth edition of the IPL.

Earlier, the player has left in the midway after his family suffered a tragedy in Punjab. Preferring family over everything, he had to face the utmost criticism until he cleared the real reason personally on the call to the owner.
